Sonali Zachariah is the CEO of Elite Travel.

For the past 28 years, Sonali has worked in the Corporate Travel Management Industry in Kenya and East Africa. She focused on growing and establishing a strong brand for Business Travel International (BTI) and later became the Managing Director of Hogg Robinson Group (HRG) in May 2007. With her extensive experience in Travel Management and Technology, she has helped many companies in Kenya and Africa implement successful Travel Programs, streamline processes, and utilize Online Booking Tools.

Sonali is a mother of two young adults and resides in Nairobi, Kenya.

Neil Steffen joined the Board of HRG Kenya (wholly owned and operated by Elite Travel Services Ltd) in 2007 as a Non – Executive Director. Neil’s background and experience in the airline and travel industry in both operational and commercial dimensions stretches back to 1973.

A significant part of his career has been spent in senior leadership and general management roles across the African Continent, initially with major carriers and, subsequently, venturing into the low-cost pan African arena.

Neil remains committed to delivering structure, quality and accessibility to meet the remarkable growth opportunities materializing throughout Africa while balancing the increased demands, and organizational discipline, of risk and compliance emerging across today’s business environment.

Remmi Siraj is the Chief Finance Officer of Elite Travel Service since 2007.

She is responsible for financial planning, financial analysis and reporting, pricing, management of financial risks through the use of appropriate internal control systems, treasury, tax, audit and cash flow forecasting.

Remmi holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce from Mahathma Gandhi University India and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application. She has over 23 years of experience in financial accounting services.

Remmi is married with one child and lives in Nairobi, Kenya.

Ms. Jane Mugambi was appointed as Company General Manager from the 1st of February 2022.

Jane has been with the Company for over 20 years and served as an Implant Manager over those years for Unilever, British American Tobacco, General Electric, and British High Commission. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in Corporate Travel Management and will ensure that all our clients receive personalized high-quality Travel Services while attention is paid at all times in driving savings and value for every single dollar spent.

Cindy Wamalwa is our Client Services General Manager at Elite Travel. She is a Corporate Communications, Brand Marketing and Bid Specialist with a demonstrated history of over 12 years of experience in the Travel Industry namely Airline, Global Distribution System (GDS) and Global Travel Management Companies.

She holds a Master of Arts in Communication Studies and Bachelor of Arts Double Majors in Tourism and Communication, both from The University of Nairobi.

She is responsible for bid writing, project implementation, overall service delivery to our clients and ensures clients receive exceptional service while the business's sales goals are supported. Cindy provides purchasing support and leadership on service innovation as well as identifying opportunities for new travel related technological efficiencies, savings initiatives and service improvement.

Cindy is an active member of the Public Relations Society of Kenya (PRSK).

Outside work, she enjoys travelling, hiking and photography with her family.
